Grilled Turkey Anyone?

Who's grilling their bird? Or maybe just a nice juicy breast on the barbie? Or maybe a grilled turkey Reuben with the leftovers!

We're doing one bird in the oven so we know we have one to eat. I'm doing a second bird in the smoker - brined, rubbed, draped with butter-soaked cheesecloth. Smoked with a little Apple wood, I think.
