Hello my meat smoking friends. I may be in the market for a smoker, and wondered if you all had any recommendations. I don't have room for a huge smoker, so I'm wondering if any of you have experience with the smaller electric ones? Anyone used a Bradley? They look nice (and expensive) and use wood "briquettes" that you have to buy from them. Or, how about a Cookshack Essential?
