Roscoe's Red Wings have been declared a success by a qualified panel of judges in a blind taste test (okay, they weren't totally blind, only about half crocked from the bourbon and lemonade served with the wings; gotta replace the fluids, remember?). So next time the Wings play, get some wings, spice 'em up, and throw 'em on the grill. That cherry bourbon glaze is a winner. Serve with red beans and rice.
