So looking for some suggestions, have the smoker, gas grill and weber kettle up at the lake, give me a challange for the weekend

Can't go wrong with ribs. Smoke 'em up, then finish 'em on that weber. Though that's not much of a challenge for the Pitmaster. The challenge could be in the sauce: it's time we came up with our own sauce for the marketplace. The test kitchens could go wild on something like that.

Or how about bacon wrapped beer can chicken? I think I'll try that myself this weekend.
