Hey guys. Glad to be here. My name is Barry and I've had the pleasure of knowing Roscoe for many years. He and I have enjoyed many a good meal, fine (or even not-so-fine) cigars, and maybe a few drinks. Oh, and we love to play poker. And, have some drinks. We've also been known to do what we can to support the pursuit of a good education.

I'm looking forward to posting here, and meeting others who are interested in the fine art of man-cooking.
