Ingredients:
2 links smoked Kielbasa – chopped
8 (or so) medium sweet potatoes – diced medium (1/2 in.)
1 big red onion, chopped
1 red pepper – chopped
garlic – as much as you like (4-6 cloves)
stock – chicken or beef, 8-10 cups
Worcestershire
Cholula
wine – whatever you’re drinking while you cook
Salt, pepper, cayenne
