6 apples – skinned and diced (whatever kind you like, or mix ‘em, Roscoe used MacIntosh)

Ingredients:
Tomatillos – 8-10
Peppers – any kind you like, 3-4
Red onion – 3-4 small ones
Garlic – 6-8 cloves, chopped
Balsamic vinegar – a splash or two
